Cancellations and Refunds

For tours booked directly with Liverpool Famous Walking Tours including via our website, phone booking and our Rezdy booking system:

Customer cancellation

•  if cancelled at least 72 hours before the tour commences- 100% refunded 

• if cancelled within 72 hours and less than 24 hours of the tour commencing and it is not possible to rearrange an alternative date then fees will be refunded less the deposit paid

• if cancelled within 24 hours of the start time of the tour- 0% refunded 

Liverpool Famous Walking Tours Ltd cancellations

• In exceptional circumstances Liverpool Famous Walking Tours Ltd may need to cancel the booking (such as extreme weather) 100% of deposit and fees paid will be refunded. Alternative dates/times will also be offered.

• Please note on occasion and the enjoyment or safety of the tour we may chose to change to routing of the tour.

• Refunds can only be made by return to the original payment method

For tours booked via booking platforms and partners (such as Viator, Booking.Com, Trip-advisor, Eventbrite) please refer to the local terms and conditions for your booking.
